Founder

David has 30 years’ experience in real estate investment and development. In 1993 David founded estate agency David Charles in Pinner. David then Co-Founded Howarth Homes in 2002, developing over £75m of residential property throughout West London and the South East.

Following this, David founded LeMans Capital in 2013 to acquire both commercial and residential property for investment and development purposes.
